Mt. Longji is also called Rigo Lenjue. It is a 5523 meters mountain located in Jiesi Valley in southwest part of Siguniang Massi. Longji means Dragon Bone and the locals call it Hongshanlin, the pine forest.
Jiesi Valley is a huge valley compared to other valleys in Siguniang but a quiet and non-touristy valley in Siguniang. There are side valleys including Changjiao Valley, Zuopeng Valley, Daogou Valley. There are over 10 peaks or high points that are over 5000 meters by Longji.
It was first climbed in 1982 and other attempts after that.2 climbers died here in 2018 attempt.
